For over 50 years we have been designing and injection molding plastic hardware used while manufacturing or repairing wood fixtures. We can take designs for new parts drawn on a napkin all the way to formal CAD designs. From drawings we can have rapid prototypes of parts created to verify form and fit prior to mold development.

Plastic Hardware Production Services

Mold Production: We design and build injection molds for plastic hardware products as well as subcontract this work to facilitate quick project turnaround.

Part Production:  Our equipment ranges from 25T 20 grams shot size to 250T 18oz shot size. This means we can make items as small as a raisin or as big as a dinner plate. We use Nylon, Styrene, Polyethylene , ABS , Polycarbonate and many other resins. We offer seven standard colors and over 20 custom colors in any plastic. And we have the ability to have custom pigment formulations created for any customer specific application.

Packaging: Packaging consists of bulk in boxes of between 25 and 5,000 pieces. For our Retail Customers we offer small quantities in packaging to meet specific needs.
